6. Ordering Process

Orders must be placed online. After selecting a product, the User must provide:

b) Payment method.

By completing the order, the User confirms the accuracy of the information. NFX Trading Academy is not liable for lost account access.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for justified reasons, including fraud, non-payment, or suspected illegal activity.

The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation. Unfulfilled orders will be refunded.

7. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in EUR (including VAT). Payments are processed in EUR at the User’s bank exchange rate.

NFX Trading Academy may change prices at any time, replacing previously displayed prices.

If a product is incorrectly priced, the User will be notified.

No additional fees are charged, but Users are responsible for potential bank charges.

All payments are secured, and bank data is processed exclusively via Stripe. We do not access Users’ card details.

8. Delivery and Ownership Transfer

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment processing, via the User’s provided email or account.

To access products, Users must create an account on whop.com, providing essential details (e.g., email, password).

All products are digital-only. Users receive a non-exclusive, unlimited license, but ownership remains with NFX Trading Academy or its partners.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on tradingnfx.com (texts, images, videos, logos, audio files) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

The granted license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, strictly for personal use.
