Refund Policy (UAE Compliance)
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user confirms understanding and agreement to the following:

1. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

- In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, digital services delivered without tangible media (e.g., online courses, live training, digital educational materials) are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once the service has commenced or access is provided.

- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or failure to utilize the service after purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility (Discretionary Exceptions)

Trading NFX may, at its sole discretion, consider partial or full refunds only under the following conditions:

- Performance Guarantee: The user completes all program requirements (≥90% live session attendance, 100% task completion, full participation in Mentor sessions) but fails to achieve the promised results within 3 months of program completion.

- Service Non-Compliance: The service is materially defective or not delivered as described in the contract.

All requests are reviewed case-by-case, and Trading NFX retains final decision authority.

3. Refund Request Procedure

Submit a written request to support@tradingnfx.com within 14 days of the issue arising, including:

- Proof of compliance with program requirements.

- Detailed justification for the refund (e.g., unmet results, service defects).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be granted if the user:

- Fails to participate adequately (e.g., attendance <90%, incomplete tasks).

- Violates the Terms and Conditions or Mentor instructions.

- Requests a refund after accessing >20% of the service content.

5. Legal Rights
​
This policy does not affect statutory rights under UAE law for:

- Defective Services: Claims for compensation or remediation if services are faulty or misrepresented.

- Fraudulent Practices: Remedies under UAE consumer protection laws for deceptive advertising or contract breaches.
